Tightening extra teaching to enhance teachers' responsibility
Circular 29 of the Ministry of Education and Training on extra teaching and learning takes effect from February 14, 2025, stipulating that extra teaching in schools is only for unqualified students, excellent students, senior students and is not allowed to collect fees. extra teaching outside of school is allowed but must comply with regulations, teachers are not allowed to collect fees from regular students to ensure responsibility and transparency in teaching.
