A locality merges many public schools
Vinh Hai Commune People's Committee (Hai Phong City) has just announced the Decision to establish Dong Minh Kindergarten on the basis of merging Hung Nhan Kindergarten into Dong Minh Kindergarten. After the merger, Dong Minh Kindergarten is a public non-business unit directly under Vinh Hai Commune People's Committee, operating at 2 school sites: the main site in Bao Ha village and the school site in Hung Nhan village.
Also at the conference, the Party Committee - Commune People's Committee announced decisions to appoint the titles of Party Secretary - school manager of Dong Minh Kindergarten. Hanoi University of Science and Technology has issued a benchmark score forecast for 2026 for all majors, according to the following methods: Talent admission (area 1.2 based on international certificates and area 1.3 based on application documents combined with interviews), consideration of thinking assessment exam scores and 2026 high school graduation exam scores.
The benchmark score is predicted based on the types of score distribution and enrollment data from previous years.
For the group considering high school graduation exam scores, the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence major (advanced program) is expected to have the highest entrance benchmark score - over 28.5 high school graduation scores and over 75/100 test scores for thinking assessment (TSA). 10th grade admitted students in Ho Chi Minh City confirm enrollment until July 15.
According to the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, 10th grade admitted students must confirm online enrollment before 5:00 PM on July 15, and complete enrollment procedures directly at the admitted school.
In case parents and students do not confirm or have confirmed online but do not complete enrollment procedures on time, candidates will be removed from the list of admitted students.
The Department of Education and Training notes that each student is only admitted to one aspiration; admitted to which school, enrollment is carried out at that school. Two close friends who cycle to study at a village school every day, now hold hands and become valedictorians
In the recent 2026 high school graduation exam, Hai Lang High School (Dien Sanh commune, Quang Tri province) had many joys and prides when two students from the same class achieved high scores, becoming valedictorians of Quang Tri province.
