A locality prioritizes the principal of a secondary school as the principal of a multi-level school
On September 2nd, Dr. Nguyen Van Khoa - Director of Nghe An Department of Education and Training - said that the Department has just issued Official Dispatch No. 3144/SGDĐT-TCCB guiding the implementation of school arrangement and merger in the province.
The document was issued to implement Decision No. 3805/QD-UBND dated August 20, 2026 of the People's Committee of Nghe An province on approving the overall plan for arranging public preschool, general, continuing education and vocational education institutions.
One of the notable contents is the arrangement of principals at schools with 2 levels of primary and secondary education after the merger.
According to the Nghe An Department of Education and Training, the appointment of principals is implemented according to Official Dispatch No. 2986/SGDĐT-TCCB dated August 18, 2026 of the Department on organizational structure and personnel arrangement when arranging public non-business units under the management authority of commune-level People's Committees and Official Dispatch No. 1102/UBND-TH dated August 26, 2026 of the Nghe An Provincial People's Committee on arranging management staff for educational institutions after arrangement.
