New names of a series of schools in Ho Chi Minh City after arrangement
After arranging the public school network, many wards in Ho Chi Minh City have announced the names of new educational institutions.
In Nha Be commune, at the preschool level, Nha Be Kindergarten is merged from Son Ca Kindergarten, Nha Be Town Kindergarten and Tuoi Ngoc Kindergarten.
Phu Xuan Kindergarten was merged from Ma Non Kindergarten and Hoa Lan Kindergarten.
Phuoc Loc Kindergarten was merged from Hoa Sen Kindergarten and Vanh Khuyen Kindergarten.

Teachers propose Hanoi to continue considering promotion in 2026, ensuring teachers' rights
Lao Dong Newspaper received a complaint from a collective of Hanoi teachers, expressing concern that the city may stop the Project on considering promotion to professional titles in 2026.
In the complaint, the teaching staff said that on June 29, 2026, the Hanoi City People's Committee issued Decision No. 3282/QD-UBND approving the Project on considering promotion to professional titles of teachers in 2026.
On that basis, the Department of Home Affairs issued Plan No. 4841/KH-HDXTHCDNN dated June 30, 2026, specifically defining targets, subjects, standards, conditions and implementation procedures.
However, on August 13, the Office of the Hanoi People's Committee announced the direction of the Standing Vice Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee on agreeing with the proposal of the Department of Home Affairs, assigning the Department to advise on the document of the City People's Committee to allow stopping the implementation of the project to consider teacher professional title promotion in 2026.
Teachers believe that the project is no longer a policy being studied or just stopping at the expected stage, but has become an administrative procedure decided and implemented in practice by competent authorities.
