The Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province assigned the Department of Construction to provide specific information on the location and boundaries of the above land to Asia Pacific Shipping Company Limited as a basis for project research, ensuring compliance with the approved Zoning Plan; relevant departments, branches and localities coordinate and guide Asia Pacific Shipping Company Limited in the implementation process to ensure compliance with the procedures and regulations of law.
According to the reporter's investigation, recently, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province also agreed in principle to introduce the location of the land with an area of about 30 hectares in the Urban - Training Area, services in Dai Lai commune, Dong Cuu commune, Bac Ninh province for the Vietnam Aviation Academy to study and propose the project of the Aerospace Academy Construction Investment Agency in Bac Ninh province, and submit to competent authorities for consideration and approval according to the law.
It is known that Dai Lai commune is located near the implementation area of the Gia Binh International Airport project.
