Teachers need to understand correctly, do correctly with responsibility, discipline and dedication to their profession. When teachers are deeply aware of their teachers' mission and always self-cultivate to improve their professional capacity, they can promote students' self-study process and improve the quality of education.
Before and after the effective date of Circular 29, the Department of Education and Training established 3 inspection teams to inspect the dissemination and implementation of the Circular. As a result, additional teaching in schools is strictly implemented according to regulations. Schools quickly have suitable solutions for teaching and learning.
In Thuy Nguyen City, 100% of secondary schools have built a 5-day/week schedule, giving students a day off on Saturday. At some high schools, when final year students voluntarily register for extra classes, teachers are willing to teach without collecting fees for the prescribed period. The Department of Education and Training also updated feedback from parents and public opinion on issues arising in extra teaching and learning at some facilities. At the Department of Education and Training, the number of businesses coming to complete procedures to establish a Knowledge Training Center has also increased significantly compared to before.
