According to the decision of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee, Mr. Le Huu Toan - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the City Business Bloc - was transferred and appointed to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Kien Thuy District Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025, from March 1, 2025.
Previously, the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee decided to end the activities of the Party Committee of the City Agencies Bloc and the Party Committee of the City Enterprises Bloc; transfer 148 grassroots party organizations with 8,611 party members of the above two party committees to the Party Committee of the City Party Agencies.
