Teachers who have completed their tasks excellently enjoy many special benefits
According to Article 12 of Decree 90/2020/ND-CP, to be assessed as having excellently completed their tasks, teachers (not holding a management position) must ensure: well implementing the general criteria of political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, style, discipline; completing 100% of assigned tasks with high quality and efficiency, of which at least 50% exceeds the requirements.
Teachers who are classified as having completed their tasks excellently are not only role models in their profession but also have many benefits. According to the Law on Emulation and Commendation 2022, from the 2023-2024 school year, teachers can be considered for the title of emulation fighter without having to have an initiative, if they are assessed to have excellently completed their tasks.
This is a condition for Grade II high school teachers to be eligible for promotion to Grade I (according to Circular 13/2024/TT-BGDDT), if in the previous 5 consecutive years, they have at least 2 years assessed as having excellently completed their tasks. Nam Dan District, Nghe An Province is coordinating with authorities to verify the case of 315 teachers whose social insurance money was collected after retirement. To date, 22/44 schools have provided records showing that they have paid the collection fee since 2012, but the quality of the records is not uniform, and it is necessary to continue to compare and check.
The incident originated from before 2006, when many teachers signed contracts with fixed salaries but were not fully paid social insurance. When the salary difference is collected, social insurance is collected but not completely handled. By March 2025, the number of affected people increased to 452, many people retired without salaries and faced difficulties.
The leader of Nam Dan district affirmed that if there is enough evidence to show that the schools have paid the collection fee, it will create maximum conditions to resolve the regime, not allowing teachers to suffer. See more...
