Learning culture through movies
On the weekend at Vo Thi Sau Primary School (Phu Ninh District, Quang Nam), many students gathered at the schoolyard early, eagerly waiting for the special film screening, organized by the Quang Nam Cultural Center Mobile Film screening Team.
Less than 15 minutes, the schoolyard was decorated into a "Mini Cinema".

The carefully selected films, such as "Fund of Magical Drugs", "Chang En tro" and "Finding Childhood Through Folk Games", are not only entertaining but also support students to approach cultural, historical and ethical values vividly.
Doan Thien Truong, a student in class 4/1 excitedly shared: "This is the first time I have seen a big screen film. I really like the film about folk games because I get to know more games that are very fun during Tet".
Not only students, many teachers and parents also highly appreciate the positive effects of the program. Ms. Nguyen Thi Tra My, Principal of Vo Thi Sau Primary School, emphasized: "The program not only brings joy but also helps children study vividly, thereby forming awareness and life skills".
Ms. Tran Thi Huong, a parent with a child in grade 3, shared: "Instead of just studying through books, children have access to knowledge more intuitively. I hope the school will have more useful film screenings like this".
Cinema on the Mountain
In addition to the plains, school cinema also reaches remote highland villages.
At Ong Phung roof (Tra Don commune, Nam Tra My district), the mobile film screening organized by the Hang Thuong Nhau Club (Da Nang city) for more than 5 years has brought unprecedented exciting moments to Ca Dong children here. Ho Van Nhi excitedly said: "I really like watching movies and receiving gifts from the uncles and aunts. Up here, we can't watch movies like that".

Mr. Phan Thanh Tuan - Deputy Director of the Quang Nam Cultural Center said that the unit is developing a plan to bring cinema to schools in many schools in the province.
Through films of many genres such as: Activities, history, educational films revolving around skill training content... many students in disadvantaged areas will have the opportunity to experience culture and knowledge, opening up a new colorful and useful world - Mr. Tuan said.
