On August 29, Hung Yen held a conference to honor students who won national and international awards and achieved excellent results in the 2024 - 2025 school year exams. In the 2024 - 2025 school year, the emulation movement for scientific learning and research in Hung Yen continues to develop strongly. At the national excellent student selection contest, Hung Yen had 59 students win prizes, including 2 first prizes, 22 second prizes and 35 third prizes.
Notably, 5 students won Gold Medals at the 2025 Science and Technology Olympics and International Workshop on Creative Works in Korea; 7 students won Gold Medals at the 2025 INTARG International Inventory Competition in Poland. In addition, 52 students achieved excellent results in the high school graduation exam and 61 students achieved high scores in the public 10th grade entrance exam.
At the conference, 59 students who won first, second and third prizes in the national excellent student competitions received Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of Education and Training; 12 students who won international gold prizes received Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. The Director of the Department of Education and Training commended 113 students with high achievements in important exams.

The Provincial Association for the Promotion of Education awarded 186 students with a total amount of more than 180 million VND. Bao Viet Hung Yen supported more than 81 million VND; the Provincial Business Association awarded 59 national excellent students and 2 national valedictorians of the A00 block, and allocated 130 scholarships worth 1.17 billion VND from the "Accompanying Children" Scholarship Fund for the 2025 - 2026 and 2026 - 2027 school years. Hung Yen Provincial Youth Union and Modern Bank of Vietnam (MBV) supported 100 million VND and gave gifts to students in difficult circumstances.
Speaking at the conference, Director of the Department of Education and Training Pham Dong Thuy praised the efforts of students, the dedication of teachers and the support of parents, social organizations, and businesses. The Director of the Department of Education and Training of Hung Yen province emphasized that the education sector will continue to develop key education in conjunction with improving the quality of comprehensive education, promoting digital transformation, expanding international cooperation, creating conditions for students to access new knowledge, contributing to training high-quality human resources for their homeland and the country.
