According to the police of Ha Tinh province, in the first 3 months of 2025, the whole province had 112 accidents that killed 79 people and 49 injured. In particular, there are 20 cases related to students, causing 15 deaths, 13 children were injured.
The main reason: Do not wear a helmet, cross the red light, use the phone when driving, especially the driver when not old enough.
Facing that situation, local police in Ha Tinh has been strengthening propaganda and organization to sign a commitment not to let students not old enough to control electric motorbikes and motorcycles.
On the morning of April 15, the police of Ich Hau commune (Thach Ha district) collaborated with the Board of Directors of Thu Hau Secondary School to invite 16 students and parents of these students to work related to the delivery of cars to the children when they were not old.
After that, Ich Hau Commune Police asked parents and students to sign a commitment to comply with the regulations on the Road Traffic Law, especially absolutely not to be delivered, not to control electric motorbikes and motorcycles when they were old enough, avoid unfortunate consequences.
Previously, checking at the garage of students of Thu Loc Secondary School, the police of Ich Hau commune discovered many electric motorbikes, many students who were not old enough to drive electric motorbikes to go to school were violations, potentially unsafe traffic.
On April 14, in the whole province of Ha Tinh, the commune police force coordinated with the school administration to organize the program of propaganda, dissemination and education of laws on traffic safety, fire prevention, drowning prevention for students of the schools.
The purpose is to equip the knowledge and skills for children about traffic safety, fire prevention and drowning prevention.
