According to the plan, 6 Inter-level Boarding Primary and Secondary Schools in Khong Lao, Sin Suoi Ho, Si Lo Lau, Thu Lum, Pa U, Mu Ca communes will organize the groundbreaking ceremony on the morning of March 19.
The groundbreaking ceremony will be broadcast online and live on VTV. In Lai Chau, the venue will be held in Khong Lao commune.
At the meeting, leaders of Lai Chau Provincial Police said that they had chaired and coordinated with departments, functional sectors, Party committees, and the government of Khong Lao commune to proactively carry out preparation work.
The Newspaper and Radio and Television of the province have prepared necessary equipment, and the team is coordinating with Vietnam Television to produce content.
VNPT Lai Chau surveyed and arranged an online and direct transmission line. Phong Tho Power Company arranged generators to ensure the ceremony. Khong Lao Commune People's Committee coordinated in the preparation at the scene, preparing cultural performances to welcome.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Tong Thanh Hai - Standing Vice Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee requested relevant units and the Party Committee and government of Khong Lao commune to continue to review and complete the contents of preparing the conditions for organizing the groundbreaking ceremony.
Mr. Tong Thanh Hai also requested units to closely coordinate and be determined to organize a solemn, effective, safe and regulated ceremony.
