More than 50 trainees participating in the training are medical staff and employees of Cua Ong Coal Selection Company and Cam Pha Port & Logistics Company.
Directly participating in teaching and practical guidance are doctors and nurses of Cam Pha Regional General Hospital.
The training content is developed in accordance with the characteristics of the coal industry, including: early identification of circulatory arrest; basic cardiac arrest emergency procedures; practicing the technique of controlling the chest, suffocating, using Ambu balls on the model to consolidate skills, ready to be applied in practice.
In particular, the discussion and handling of hypothetical situations at production sites and workshops away from medical facilities helped students remove many difficulties and obstacles, improving their ability to respond quickly when an incident occurs.
The training activities were positively responded to by students, highly appreciated the practicality and expressed their desire to continue participating in other specialized training courses in the coming time.
Mastering and practicing initial emergency skills in a timely manner is of great significance, contributing to minimizing risks and protecting the lives of victims until professional medical staff are present.
The training program not only equips the team of coal workers with more skills in handling emergency situations but also contributes to building a safe working environment, proactively preventing risks and protecting workers' health.
