On the afternoon of January 7, at a press conference to inform about the socio-economic situation of Nghe An province in 2025, Ms. Ho Thi Chau Loan - Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Education and Training - informed about the plan to recruit educational officials in the coming time with many unprecedented new points in the province.
According to Ms. Ho Thi Chau Loan, to ensure fairness, transparency and absolute objectivity, Nghe An will invite and hire specialized units from other provinces to participate in setting questions and grading civil servant recruitment exams. This is the first time the locality has applied this form for teacher recruitment.
Leaders of Nghe An Department of Education and Training said that hiring a non-provincial unit to set questions and grade exams aims to minimize negativity, avoid all possibilities of improper intervention, ensure independence in key stages of the recruitment period, thereby improving the quality and prestige of civil servant recruitment work.
Along with the above solution, the province will establish councils and boards to closely supervise the entire process of organizing exams. The recruitment plan for education officials will be publicly announced on the province's electronic information portal for candidates and society to monitor and supervise.
According to Plan No. 3456/KH-SGDDT dated November 14, 2025, Nghe An Department of Education and Training organized the recruitment of 829 staff of teachers and school staff at preschool, primary and secondary school levels in the first recruitment phase of the 2025-2026 school year. In the total number of targets, there are 780 targets for teachers and 49 targets for school staff, including accountants, clerical staff, libraries, equipment - experiments, school health and teaching staff, in order to meet the professional operating requirements at public educational institutions.
It is known that to date, more than 3,800 applications have been sent to the Nghe An Department of Education and Training, of which more than 30 applications are eligible for admission. The Nghe An Department of Education and Training said that this is the first time the recruitment of preschool, primary and secondary school teachers has been directly assigned to the Department to organize.
