Nghe An Department of Education and Training has just issued a notice to adjust the form of the second round exam and some contents in the first round civil servant recruitment plan for the 2025-2026 school year, to ensure progress and quality of teacher recruitment for public educational institutions.
According to Notice No. 4 of Nghe An Department of Education and Training, due to the large number of applications submitted by post from November 15 to 5:00 p.m. on December 14, 2025, adjusting the recruitment form is necessary to promptly supplement the teaching staff, avoiding prolonging the time for organizing the recruitment period.

Nghe An Department of Education and Training agreed to adjust a number of contents in the recruitment process for education officials.
Accordingly, round 1 continues to check the conditions and standards of the candidates according to the registration form and application. In case the candidate has a graduation certificate not in the teacher training major, they can only attend round 2 when the number of applications with a pedagogical degree submitted is less than the recruitment quota for the job position.
Round 2 is organized in groups of subjects. For cases of recruitment under the recruitment and contract preschool teachers according to current regulations, the content remains the same according to Plan No. 3456/KH-SGDDT dated November 14, 2025.
For the remaining subjects, round 2 will apply the form of an essay writing exam (according to the previous plan, it was an entrance exam), the test time is 180 minutes, on a scale of 100. The exam focuses on assessing knowledge and professional skills according to the requirements of the job position to be recruited.
The exam is expected to take place on December 27 and 28, 2025, the specific schedule will be announced later.
The successful bidder must achieve 50 points or more in round 2 and have a total of round 2 points plus higher priority points (if any), calculated in order from high to low within the recruitment quota of each job position.
For integrated subjects such as Natural Sciences, History and Geography, admission is conducted in a specific priority order, ensuring compliance with training expertise and job requirements.
In case many candidates have the same score as the final quota, the determination of the successful candidates will be based on their higher professional qualifications and excellent student achievements at the provincial level or higher; in special cases, the Director of Nghe An Department of Education and Training will decide.
Other contents continue to be implemented according to Plan No. 3456/KH-SGDDT dated November 14, 2025 and previously issued related notices.
