Following the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, on December 11, 2025, the Nghe An Department of Education and Training issued Notice No. 04, adjusting the form of teacher recruitment from the Q&A exam to the writing exam in the civil service recruitment period.

According to Plan No. 3456/KH-SGDDT dated November 14, 2025, Nghe An Department of Education and Training will recruit 829 teachers and school staff at preschool, primary and secondary levels in the first recruitment round of the 2025-2026 school year. Of these targets, there are 780 teacher targets and 49 school employee targets, including accountants, clerical, libraries, equipment - laboratories, school health and education, to meet the requirements of professional activities at public educational institutions.
