The registration fee is 20,000 VND per wish.

From 0:00 on July 30 to 17:00 on July 31: Contestants Thai Nguyen (old Thai Nguyen and Bac Kan), Lang Son, Quang Ninh, Phu Tho (old Phu Tho, Hoa Binh, old Vinh Phuc), Bac Ninh (old Bac Ninh and Bac Giang), Hai Phong (old Hai Phong and Hai Duong).

Candidates can pay by themselves with their bank account or e-wallet or ask relatives or teachers to do the household chores.
The Ministry of Education and Training said that during this process, students may experience system congestion. Candidates should not try to access it immediately but wait about 30 minutes and do it again.
The Departments of Education and Training will support payment in cases where students cannot do it themselves, especially for candidates in difficult circumstances, in remote areas.
The schools will process the requests of candidates from August 13 to August 20. The university benchmark score was announced before 5:00 p.m. on August 22.
