Viettel Telecom not only maintains its No. 1 position in the mobile sector, but also takes the lead in the fixed broadband market. Speaking at the Congress, Major General Tao Duc Thang - Chairman and General Director of Viettel Group - affirmed: "Viettel Telecom is one of the most courageous and resilient units in the Group. In any circumstances, the Corporation will maintain its No. 1 position and continuously rise to the top of the trend". The Chairman of the Group requested that in the period of 20252030, Viettel Telecom must: Create a breakthrough in developing data subscribers and 5G services, with the goal of more than 20,000 5G broadcasting stations in 2025. Exploit the full potential of telecommunications infrastructure and digital platforms. Comprehensive innovation in customer care. Sustainable development, taking the lead in innovation, solidarity, discipline and responsibility.
