"Units need to ensure absolute safety for students, teachers and school facilities, while maintaining online learning if they have to temporarily stop going to school due to flooding and landslides" - the leader of the Department of Education and Training of Da Nang emphasized in the document sent to schools on the afternoon of October 21.
Universities, vocational training institutions and private schools are also recommended to proactively switch to online teaching, ensuring the program is not interrupted.

According to the Central Central Hydrometeorological Station, from the afternoon of October 22 to 27, Da Nang is likely to experience widespread heavy rain due to the combined influence of storm No. 12, cold air and East wind, with a total rainfall of 400700 mm, some places over 900 mm.
