The deep discharge is aimed at maintaining the lake water level at a safe elevation (+30.50m) until the end of October.
According to the forecast of the Central Central Hydrometeorological Station, the water level on the Tam Ky River at Tam Ky station at 7:00 a.m. on October 22 is forecast to be +0.99m (1.70m lower than the flood warning level 1).
At the same time as Phu Ninh Lake regulates its strong discharge, Da Nang will have heavy to very heavy rain, due to the impact of storm No. 12.
