On March 18, Luc Yen commune, Lao Cai province held the inauguration ceremony of the classroom building of Tran Phu Primary School with the participation of Mr. Shovgi Mehdizada - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan and Mr. Kanat Tumysh - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Kazakhstan to Vietnam.
The project is built with non-refundable funding from the Azerbaijani government, including 3 floors with 6 classrooms, total area of 825m2, total investment of more than 5 billion VND. After a period of construction, the project has been completed on schedule, ensuring quality and ready for use.

Ms. Vu Thi Hien Hanh - Vice Chairwoman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee expressed her respect and thanked the Azerbaijani Embassy for their concern and support for the locality in implementing the meaningful project.
According to Ms. Hanh, for a mountainous province with many difficulties like Lao Cai, having more spacious facilities not only helps improve the quality of teaching and learning, but also shows the sharing, community responsibility and friendship of international friends towards the cause of education.
The project is not only a place to nurture knowledge for highland students, but also a vivid symbol of the good cooperation and friendship between countries," emphasized the Vice Chairman of Lao Cai Provincial People's Committee.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Shovgi Mehdizada recalled memories from previous visits to Lao Cai. At the same time, he affirmed that the project is proof of the strong friendship between Azerbaijan and Vietnam - a relationship that has been nurtured by many generations of leaders and people of the two countries.
Emphasizing "children are the future of each nation", the Ambassador said that in the coming time, he will continue to promote practical cooperation activities, especially in the field of education and community development.
On this occasion, the working delegation presented many gifts to students of Tran Phu Elementary School.
After the inauguration ceremony, the working delegation visited new classrooms and learned about the booth displaying typical local agricultural products.
