Principal of Thien Ho Duong High School Bui Thi Ngoc Bich has just urgently reported to the Director of the Department of Education and Training of Dong Thap province to confirm that a 12th grade student of the school was kidnapped and taken abroad.
According to the report, at 9:00 p.m. on November 29, 2025, the family of T.D.H, a 12th grade student, received a Zalo message from T.D.H's friend saying that he had been kidnapped abroad (Cambodia).
At 11pm the same day, T.D.H called her mother to say that she had been sold to Cambodia. The group of kidnappers asked the family to transfer a ransom of 106 million VND. The deadline is for 3 days (until 12:00 on December 2, 2025).
Because his family was a poor household and could not prepare enough ransom, he arranged to have another day off. However, after that, the family completely lost contact with T.H.D.

The next morning (November 30, 2025), the family reported the incident to the Cao Lanh Ward Police and the Department of Investigation Police on Social Order Crimes, Dong Thap Provincial Police.
According to the report, the Principal of Thien Ho Duong High School confirmed: By the afternoon of December 1, 2025, an officer of the Department of Investigation Police on Social Order Crimes, Dong Thap Provincial Police had confirmed to his family that T.D.H had passed through Cambodia.
After receiving the report, on November 30, 2025, the school sent T.D.H's homeroom teacher directly to the family to support the report. After that, the Vice Principal, the Vice Secretary of the School Youth Union and the homeroom teacher continued to visit the family to continue supporting.
In addition to making a Minutes to record information about the incident, the family was also instructed to carry out procedures to request a temporary suspension of study in the 2025-2026 school year for personal reasons.
