This agreement marks an important step forward for Nestle MILO in promoting comprehensive physical and health development for students, contributing to building a more dynamic and resilient young generation of Vietnam every day.
According to the agreement, Nestle Vietnam and the Nestle MILO brand will accompany the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City to implement key programs, with a scale of expanding both depth and breadth. The strategic cooperation will kick off with six typical activities that will be launched in 2025, including:
- Gymnastics performance program;
- Aerobic - Aerobic Dance - Cheerdance Competition Nestle MILO Cup;
- Edu Run - Journey of Perseverance;
- School sports day;
- Training in physical education at the beginning and middle of class and communication activities on school sports and physical activities for teachers of schools in Ho Chi Minh City;
- Nutrition Education and physical activity promotion program for primary school students and distribution of Nestle MILO barley nutritional drink products.

Annually, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City and Nestle Vietnam will review and evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented programs, and at the same time propose improvement strategies to continue expanding the scale and improving the quality of operations.
2025 is an important milestone to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), and at the same time marks Nestle's 30-year journey of continuous investment in sports movements and physical development in Vietnam. Through a strategic cooperation agreement with the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City, Nestle commits to continue to join hands with agencies and departments to implement a series of meaningful promotional activities, both honoring heroic historical values and spreading the spirit of physical training and promoting an active, healthy lifestyle in the community.
Mr. Duong Tri Dung - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City - said at the signing ceremony: "We are pleased to sign the Cooperation Agreement to implement school sports activities and nutrition education for high school students at all levels in Ho Chi Minh City in the period of 2025 - 2030. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE VIETNAM DYNAMIC PROGRAM IN 30 YEARS
● To date, more than 22 million students nationwide have participated in more than 21,100 programs and events on nutrition education, physical activity and community sports organized or sponsored by Nestle MILO.
● In 2023, the program "Mass performance of mid-class physical education for primary school students in Binh Duong province" with the participation of 11,032 students set a double record for "Mass performance of mid-class physical education with the largest number of primary school students performing at 15 schools at the same time".
With a 10-year cooperation between the Department of Education and Training and Nestle Vietnam, the Nestle MILO brand has held more than 50 events, with the participation of more than 250,000 students, more than 2 million Nestle MILO milk boxes, more than 2,000 popular information media articles and more than 75 billion VND in sponsorship value invested in school sports activities and physical training in schools.
