The education sector also aims to reduce pressure, reduce formality to improve the quality, efficiency and substance in management and educational activities.
The education sector directs not to organize excellent student exams at school, commune, ward, and special zone levels, unless necessary.
For contests, dossiers, books, and meetings that have been regulated but are still inadequate, duplicate, and no longer suitable for practice; or contents that are not on the regulated list but are assessed as necessary and effective in management, teaching and learning, units should summarize and report to the Department of Education and Training.
On that basis, the Department of Education and Training proposes to the Ministry of Education and Training or competent agencies to adjust, amend, supplement, replace or cut according to their authority.
The reduction of unnecessary content is identified to contribute to combating achievement disease in education, ensuring a healthy, safe, and age-appropriate learning and playing environment; implementing the goal of comprehensive education on morality, intellect, physique, and beauty according to Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW.
Regarding dossiers, books and meetings, the Department of Education and Training requires them to be implemented correctly and fully according to regulations; do not set or require teachers and educational institutions to implement additional dossiers, books, forms, reports, and evidence without legal basis or not really necessary.
Along with that, the education sector requests to promote digital transformation, deploy digital records and digital books immediately in the 2026-2027 school year.
Data is created once, used many times, interconnected, shared and does not incur additional work or costs for teachers.
In the 2026-2027 school year, educational institutions will implement digital records and digital books according to the regulations and roadmap of the Ministry of Education and Training; gradually replace paper records and books with records and books in the digital environment.
