On August 26, Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Thai Van Thanh signed and issued Official Dispatch No. 1102/UBND-TH on arranging management staff for educational institutions after arrangement.
The official dispatch was sent to the People's Committees of communes, wards and the Department of Education and Training of Nghe An.
According to the official dispatch, in order to ensure uniformity, synchronization, on schedule and in accordance with the actual situation, the Provincial People's Committee requests Party committees and authorities of communes and wards to base on current regulations and Decision No. 3805/QD-UBND dated August 20, 2026 to consider and select heads of educational institutions.
The selected person must meet the conditions of prestige, standards, capacity and qualifications.
Notably, in addition to the standards according to regulations and the criteria for consideration and selection in the plan of the Provincial People's Committee, Nghe An added priority criteria for some cases. Specifically, priority criteria are added for principals and directors of educational institutions who are members of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of communes and wards, the Party Committee of the Department of Education and Training; people who are awarded the title of Meritorious Teacher for consideration and selection.
The People's Committee of Nghe An province requests Party committees, authorities of communes, wards and the Department of Education and Training to proactively implement according to their authority.
Previously, on August 20, 2026, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued a Plan to arrange public preschool, general education, continuing education and vocational education institutions in the province according to Decision No. 3805/QD-UBND.
