To solve the local teacher shortage, while pedagogical students are still unemployed, Associate Professor Dr. Le Thanh Bac said that it is necessary to do a good job of predicting human resource development on an overall national scale. Having a good training strategy will solve the problem.

Faced with the shortage of teachers in Thanh Hoa, the provincial authorities have been implementing many solutions to supplement the number of teachers according to regulations, meeting the needs of teaching and learning in localities in the area.
