On June 13, 2025, the Department of Education and Training of Phu Tho province issued document No. 889/SGD&DT-QLCL on notifying exam scores and instructions for submitting a review application for the 10th grade entrance exam for the 2025-2026 school year.
Accordingly, candidates can look up the exam scores from 7:00 p.m. on June 13, 2025 at the website: https://thi.phutho.vn. Submit a request for re-examination (if desired) according to the attached form at the high school registering for the exam (where the candidate takes the exam) before 5:00 p.m. on June 16, 2025.
For high schools that organize examination councils:
Receive the exam score at the Quality Management Department, Department of Education and Training from 10:00 to 11:00 on June 14, 2025.
Photo of the exam scoreboard and post it in the unit's bulletin board before 1:30 p.m. on June 14, 2025.
Guiding candidates to submit an application for re-examination (if desired).
Collect the review request and enter it into the software before 5:00 p.m. on June 16, 2025.
Directly submit the candidate's application for review of the exam and the document with the list of candidates requesting review to the Quality Management Department, Department of Education and Training before 9:00 a.m. on June 17, 2025.
For the standard score, it will be announced after announcing the results of the final exam.
