Champion of the contest "Technology with sustainable development"

On the afternoon of November 15, at the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology, the final round of the contest "Technology with sustainable development" took place.

Surpassing hundreds of entries from many universities and academies in Hanoi, a group of students from the Faculty of Multimedia, Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology with the game product "Korosaka" won the first prize of the contest.

Participating in the game “Korosaka”, players will take on the role of a heroic warrior representing the people in their efforts to protect and restore the environment, provided with equipment and weapons along with upgrade mechanisms, to destroy the infected creatures.

Dr. Phi Cong Huy - Head of the contest's jury said: "The game "Korosaka" was highly appreciated by the jury for its creative ideas, graphic techniques that ensure aesthetics, and can be applied immediately in practice."

Speaking at the contest, Dr. Nguyen Trung Kien - Deputy Director of the Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology said: "The contest shows the creativity and ability of students, not only in terms of professional knowledge but also in terms of vision and applied thinking to contribute to solving practical problems of society".

According to Dr. Le Thi Hang - Deputy Head of the Multimedia Department, Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology, the contest is an annual event organized by the Multimedia Department, with the desire to encourage creative and unique ideas in the field of design and technology. At the same time, it promotes the interest and sense of responsibility of the young generation towards the global issues that are being raised.

This year, the entries not only stand out in terms of ideas but also have high applicability, clearly expressing the message that the contest wants to convey.

Second Prize went to the game “Puraria” with the idea of ​​saving the world from the risk of extinction due to environmental pollution from daily human activities. Thereby contributing to awakening people’s awareness of environmental protection, towards a green, clean, and beautiful planet.

Third Prize went to the game product “VNGO” inspired by the current state of public transportation in Vietnam.

The Encouragement Prize of the competition went to the Fiv3 group with the game product “Eco Triple Tiles” with the idea of ​​sowing seeds to green dead lands.
