practice leakage 6 times, the benchmark score will be announced before August 22
According to the plan of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET), after completing the wish registration, from July 29 to 5:00 p.m. on August 5, candidates must pay the admission fee according to the number of wishes, online according to the instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training. The timelines of the virtual filtering process are as follows:
From 7:00 a.m. on August 13 to 5:00 p.m. on August 15: Check the database on the System;
From 7:00 to 4:30 p.m. on August 16: download the database on the System and organize the admission.
Then, within 4 days, from August 17 to 20, the Ministry of Education and Training will download the admission results of the schools to the system (admission results of all admission methods) and return the results of wish processing to the schools 6 times to give the final results.
The virtual filtering process ensures that each candidate can only enter one of the highest single wishes. This helps reduce the virtual phenomenon in enrollment, that is, the number of candidates determined to be admitted does not accurately reflect the number of people who will actually enroll.
After 6 virtual filtering sessions, by 5:00 p.m. on August 20, schools will enter the admission scores and admission results into the system; review and prepare to announce the results of the first round of admission according to the general schedule.
Training institutions will notify first-round admission candidates before 5:00 p.m. on August 22.
Before 5:00 p.m. on August 30, all admitted candidates must confirm their admission on the system (if they wish to study).
From September 1 to December 2025, candidates who need to be admitted for additional rounds will follow the admission information posted on the admission information page of the training institution.

Higher education institutions are required to announce the conversion of equivalent benchmark scores
One of the new regulations in this year's university and college admissions is that schools must convert the equivalent of admission scores and entrance thresholds between admission methods and combinations to increase consistency, objectivity and fairness with candidates.
The Ministry of Education and Training has just issued a document requesting universities and colleges to comply with the regulations on university and college admissions in preschool education and guiding documents; review data, prepare for the virtual filter stage.
In particular, in the first round of enrollment in 2025, schools must organize admission on a general system, ensuring compliance with regulations and progress issued by the Ministry of Education and Training.
In addition, schools need to review additional criteria and enrollment data from previous years to determine a suitable virtual ratio, ensuring that the number of candidates officially admitted does not exceed the approved quota.
"Training institutions cannot download data and admission information from the System if they have not publicly converted the equivalent admission score" - the document of the Ministry of Education and Training clearly stated.
Schools are also required to re-check additional criteria and enrollment data from previous years to determine appropriate virtual rates. The goal is to ensure that the number of candidates officially admitted does not exceed the prescribed quota.
