From early morning, many parents and students came to offer incense at Den Nghe before the 10th grade high school entrance exam. Ms. Vu Kim Chi (Hai An ward), whose child registered to take the exam at Le Quy Don High School, said that from early morning she took her son to Den Nghe to offer incense, praying for the exam to take place smoothly. Also according to Ms. Chi, her son spent many months reviewing with high determination to conquer his wish for the dream school. Before the exam day, the family mainly encouraged and created conditions for their son to maintain his health and stabilize his psychology, avoiding unnecessary pressure.

From this afternoon (May 31), more than 61,750 candidates in the city will officially enter the 10th grade public high school entrance exam for the 2026-2027 school year with the first exam subject Foreign Language. Up to this point, the organization at the exam sites has been deployed synchronously and closely, ensuring that the exam takes place safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations.
This is the first 10th grade entrance exam organized after implementing the arrangement of provincial-level administrative units, so the scale has been expanded in terms of the number of candidates, exam councils and forces participating in serving the exam. According to statistics, Hai Phong city has 61,751 registered candidates, of which 58,739 candidates take the mass system and 3,012 candidates register to take the exam at Tran Phu and Nguyen Trai Specialized High Schools.
