Speaking at the award ceremony, Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man affirmed: "The Dat Viet Talent Award has marked two decades of formation and development, becoming one of the prestigious awards in the fields of science - technology, education and learning promotion in Vietnam.
From the initial goal of finding and honoring talents in the Information Technology industry, the Award has continuously expanded its scope, comprehensively reflecting the country's sustainable development pillars. Thereby, the Award has contributed to discovering, encouraging and spreading creative values in the community, especially intellectuals, scientists and creative workers across the country".
The National Assembly Chairman commended the collectives and individuals who have had outstanding scientific works, were honored and awarded noble awards today. These are truly "Citizens to learn", "Learning Units" typical of the spirit of dedication, creativity and intellectual depth of the Vietnamese people.
National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man hopes that the Dat Viet Talent Award will increasingly develop, encourage and promote scientific research activities, and honor creative talents in the economic and social fields of the country.
Also at the ceremony, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Doan - Former member of the Party Central Committee, former Vice President, President of the Vietnam Association for the Promotion of Education, Head of the Steering Committee of the 2025 Dat Viet Talent Award emphasized:
"In 2025, the Vietnam Talent Awards will be held for consideration with the theme " Honoring talents - unleashing creativity" and the professional orientation is to implement the spirit of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on "Breakthrough in the development of science and technology, innovation and national digital transformation", the award keeping up with the trend of technology development as well as national digital transformation of the Government in the fields of socio-economics and health care for the people".
According to Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Doan, the talents honored today and hundreds of scientists honored in the previous 17 seasons are symbols, a powerful testament to the bravery, intelligence, love of work and the constant creativity of the Vietnamese people through the periods of national development and international integration.
The Chairman of the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education affirmed: "The Dat Viet Talent Award has become and will become a widely-used playground not only for scientists but also for farmers passionate about creative research to bring Vietnamese intelligence to international standards in the future".
