This information is good news for 105 candidates who have qualified for the recruitment period for education officials in Bac Tra My at the end of 2024 but have their results "suspended" because they have been suspended to serve the work of streamlining the apparatus.
Previously, based on the staffing quota allocated by Quang Nam province, Bac Tra My district developed a civil servant recruitment plan to supplement human resources for schools that are seriously lacking in full-time teachers and staff.
By February 2025, 407 candidates will enter the second round of the recruitment period in the form of a writing exam, assessing knowledge and professional skills for each position.
This recruitment period has a total of 111 targets, including 89 targets for preschool, primary and secondary school teachers; the rest are clerical, accounting, library, equipment - experimentation positions, with 9 priority targets for candidates who are ethnic minorities.
After the review, 105 candidates were admitted, most of whom were contract teachers who have worked for many years in schools in remote areas.
The joy burst out after many worried days
Right at the time of waiting for the results to be announced, the policy of temporarily suspending recruitment to serve the organizational arrangement was implemented, causing the results to be "suspended". Schools lack teachers, while candidates are in a waiting situation, not knowing where to go or where to live.
Teacher Tran Thi L., a candidate who was recruited as a primary school teacher, shared: I have been teaching on a contract in Tra Giac commune for 9 years. It seemed like the exam was an opportunity to change my life, but then it fell into a dead end. Now that the news has been restarted, I just hope to have an official decision soon so I can continue to attend classes with peace of mind".
Mr. Ho Van N., a Ca Dong ethnic group, confided: I am one of the priority ethnic minority candidates. On the day of the beans competition, the whole family was happy and shed tears. But then I was disappointed when it was suspended. Now that the Central Government has agreed to allow re-admission, I feel like I am reviving my dream".
According to the leader of the Department of Education and Training of Bac Tra My district, with the new direction of the Central Government, the district will urgently submit a document applying for an official policy from Quang Nam province to continue to complete the process, promptly arrange work for candidates for admission before the transition of district -level government models on July 1, 2025.
