According to the announcement of the 2025 V-SAT exam schedule at Can Tho University, there are 5 V-SAT exam sessions corresponding to 5 registration time frames.
Round 1, the registration period is from February 24 to March 9, and the exam is on March 22 to 23. Round 2, registration period is from March 17 to 30, exam on April 12. Round 3, registration period is from March 31 to April 13, exam on April 26 to 27. Round 4, registration time is from April 28 to May 11, exam on May 23, 24, 25. Round 5, registration time is from May 12 to 25, exam on June 6, 7, 8.

The V-SAT exam is organized by Can Tho University since 2024, taking place safely and effectively; the quality of the exam ensures high reliability, and is trusted by higher education institutions to be used for admission with an increasing number.
In 2025, the V-SAT exam will be reviewed and updated by the National Center for Testing and Education Quality Assessment; adjust the exam format and exam form to better suit the direction of assessing the abilities of high school students according to the 2018 General Education Program (high school level), meeting increasingly high demand.
The 2025 V-SAT exam includes 8 independent subjects: Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English, History, Geography and Literature. The objective multiple-choice test for each independent exam subject on a computer (Literature subject has essay questions).
The exam fee for the subjects is 130,000 VND/subject/c mustard; the fee for Literature subjects alone is 200,000 VND/subject/c mustard. Exam location at Area II, Can Tho University.

The exam content closely follows the current GDPT Program, with high classification. The basis for evaluating the subjects is the requirements for ability specified in the overall program and subject programs. Respect the appropriate units of knowledge to classify and rank in selecting groups of students with sufficient capacity to apply to universities according to each major and group. This meets the majority of high school students and is in line with the enrollment requirements of each unit.
The survey question bank is built according to a scientific process, applying modern theories and techniques of measurement and assessment science in education to ensure reliability and value.
The contestants are those studying in high school programs or continuing education programs at high school level; those who have completed high school programs but have not taken the high school graduation exam or have taken the exam but have not graduated from high school in previous years; those who have graduated from high school; those who have graduated from intermediate level and have a high school diploma or have graduated from high school programs abroad or in Vietnam; those who have graduated from college or higher.
