Bui Thi Xuan High School (Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said that there are currently scammers impersonating school or university staff calling parents and 12th graders to inform them that they have been admitted, asking for money transfers, providing information, citizen identification cards, etc.
The school recommends that parents and students absolutely do not follow, do not transfer money, and do not provide personal information.
Similarly, Ten Lo Man High School (Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City) also said that after the Ministry of Education and Training announced the high school graduation exam scores, a number of subjects impersonating employees and teachers of the school appeared calling students to get personal information or impersonating employees of universities, announce admission, request payment, transfer, etc.
Ten Lo Man High School affirmed that this is a scam, taking advantage of the hot and unveiled psychology of parents and students, so it is recommended not to follow the words of scammers.
"High school admission information will be officially announced on the system of the Ministry of Education and Training and of each university; Notify by phone or ask students to pay in advance," Ten Lo Man High School noted.
