On August 13, information from the Department of Education and Training of Tuyen Quang province, up to now, the preparation for the exam at the Tuyen Quang Specialized High School exam site has been completed and is ready to welcome candidates to complete exam procedures.
Material facilities serving the exam such as the exam room system, the office of the exam council, the room for preserving exam questions and papers, the surveillance camera system, plans to ensure security, order, traffic safety, fire and explosion prevention, health, environmental sanitation and the arrangement of forces to serve the exam are carefully prepared.
According to Mr. Lam The Hung - Deputy Director of Tuyen Quang Department of Education and Training, Chairman of the Exam Council for the 2026 high school graduation re-exam at the Tuyen Quang Specialized High School exam site, 326/328 candidates confirmed their participation in the re-exam.
2 independent candidates confirmed that they did not participate in the re-exam, according to our investigation, these 2 students are currently students of a large university in Hanoi," Mr. Lam The Hung informed.
Also according to Mr. Hung, Tuyen Quang province mobilized 175 turns of people to participate in organizing the re-exam. This group comes from 4 schools, all classified as completing tasks well or better in the previous school year, not participating in the first exam at Tuyen Quang specialized school.

On the afternoon of August 12, inspecting the preparation for the exam at the Tuyen Quang Specialized High School exam site, Mr. Do Anh Tuan - Vice Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee requested all members of the Steering Committee, Exam Council and relevant agencies, units, forces, and departments to uphold the highest sense of responsibility to organize this re-exam to ensure safety and seriousness.
Clearly assign tasks to each agency, unit, and individual, select personnel to ensure standards, conditions, independence, and objectivity to participate in organizing the exam, have plans to ensure absolute security and safety, and promptly handle unexpected situations," proposed the Vice Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee.
According to the exam organization plan, 326 candidates at the exam site of Tuyen Quang Specialized High School are arranged with 15 exam rooms. In the afternoon of August 13, candidates completed exam procedures, listened to the dissemination of Exam Regulations and Exam Schedule. On August 14 and 15, candidates proceeded to take the exam.
