On the morning of December 4, the People's Committee of Kim Ngan commune (Quang Tri province) said that Ms. Do Thi Hong Hue, Vice Principal of Kim Thuy Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, was present at the school in the morning of the same day. After that, many parents came and took the students home. Up to now, more than 50 parents have taken their children out of school.
Kim Ngan Commune People's Committee said that after Ms. Hue reported her return to work after a period of treatment, the commune asked her to go to the headquarters to clarify the contents related to the petition. However, Ms. Hue did not come to work but went straight to school.
It is known that this is the 4th time parents have gone to school to pick up students after Ms. Hue appeared at school.

On December 3, the People's Committee of Kim Ngan commune proposed that the People's Committee of Quang Tri province direct relevant agencies to soon have a final conclusion so that the locality has a basis for handling.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on the morning of September 26, 40 students of Kim Thuy Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities had to be hospitalized for emergency care after breakfast due to suspected food poisoning.
Test results from the Pasteur Nha Trang Institute determined that one of the four food samples was positive for Bacillus cereus bacteria, the cause of acute poisoning. Ms. Do Thi Hong Hue has been suspended twice to serve the inspection and verification of the incident.
