Previously, on August 29, a clip appeared on Facebook recording a young man wearing a black shirt using his hands and feet to assault a student near Ha Long University (Vang Danh Ward, Quang Ninh Province).
The young man in black kicked a black student repeatedly in a white shirt, causing him to convulse.
According to initial verification by Vang Danh Ward Police, the incident occurred at around 11:00 a.m. on August 29 in Group 2, Nam Trung area.
At this time, D.H.D (born in 2008, residing in Trung Vuong 7 area, Vang Danh ward, grade 12 student) had a conflict over words with L.S.H (born in 2009, grade 11 student, residing in Nam Son area, Vang Danh ward) and N.D.Q (born in 2009, grade 11 student, residing in Chup Khe area, Vang Danh ward).
In which, H (wearing black shirt in the clip) and Q assaulted D. Both are currently students of the College of Construction.
As a result, D suffered a tear in the left eye area, had to be 4 stitches, and was being treated at Vietnam - Sweden Uong Bi Hospital.
Vang Danh Ward Police received a report from D.H.D and collected initial documents, recorded witness statements, and extracted camera footage at the scene of the incident. At the same time, work with the Construction Vocational College to verify the information of the related subjects and summon the subjects so the ward police can work.
Currently, Vang Danh Ward Police are continuing to investigate and verify the incident.
