On January 22, the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1 of Lam Dong province said that it has proposed to deploy 5 key transport projects in the province in 2026, with a total estimated investment of about 4,591.4 billion VND from the provincial budget.

Accordingly, the projects include: Project to renovate and upgrade the Km83 – Km106 section of National Highway 27 through Dam Rong 2 and Dam Rong 3 communes, scale 23km, total cost of 969 billion VND; project to upgrade and expand some sections of National Highway 27C through Lac Duong commune, 10km long, cost of 644.4 billion VND.
Along with that is the project to upgrade National Highway 55, the section from Dai Binh intersection (B'Lao ward) to Dong Kho commune (old Binh Thuan province), 71km long, with a total investment of 2,238 billion VND.
In addition, Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1 also proposed a project to upgrade the road connecting from DT.725 road through Bao Lam 5 commune (old Bao Lam district) to the border of old Dak Nong province, with a scale of 26.5km, cost of 340 billion VND; a project to build and complete the Bao Loc bypass, 15.5km long, passing through Bao Loc Ward 3 and B'Lao Ward, with a total capital of about 400 billion VND.

According to the plan, the above projects will be implemented in the period 2026 - 2028. Currently, some projects have submitted investment policies, and the rest are completing dossiers for competent authorities to consider and approve.
Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 1 said that the proposal to invest in these projects aims to focus capital on essential transportation projects with connectivity and regional linkage, thereby creating motivation to promote socio-economic development of the province in the coming time.
