To promote progress, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai requested the Department of Agriculture and Environment to issue documents guiding related procedures throughout the project investment process, especially in mineral areas. The Department of Construction is assigned to develop a plan and roadmap for zoning plans, so that the Project Management Board can include them in the investment policy submission process.

Mr. Hai also requested localities to coordinate well with units to effectively implement zoning planning and effectively manage land areas.

Investing in the construction of a coastal route combined with creating a coastal land fund, forming an airy, modern coastal park, creating a highlight for the area. At the same time, it contributes to promoting the development of the coastal economy.

In the past, the southeastern area of Lam Dong province (old Binh Thuan) has invested in building coastal roads and putting them into operation. Thereby creating momentum for the tourism industry to develop strongly, with smooth internal transport infrastructure.

According to the design, the coastal road project through Phu Thuy, Phan Thiet, Tien Thanh wards and the river overpass on the coastal route has a starting point connecting to the roundabout of DT.719 road at Cambodia slope, Tien Thanh ward. The end point is at the roundabout of DT.706B road, Phu Thuy ward.

The route is designed with a cross-section of 36.5m, including 6 lanes for motor vehicles, sidewalks and median strips. The project will level some sea surface areas to build roads and form coastal landscape parks. Build an overpass over the Ca Ty and Phu Hai rivers.
