According to the Department of Construction of Lam Dong province, so far, the Department has only received price declaration dossiers from nearly 30/115 passenger transport business units on fixed routes, buses and taxis according to regulations.

Lam Dong Department of Construction requests units to only operate 2-story sleeper buses on routes and road sections that ensure safety conditions for traffic infrastructure.

Passenger transport business units absolutely prohibit 2-story sleeper buses from operating on routes or sections of routes of level V and level VI in mountainous areas to ensure safety for people and tourists traveling and having fun during the Lunar New Year and the Binh Ngo Spring Festival season 2026.

Along with that, the Department of Construction requires units to only arrange drivers to operate 2-story sleeper buses when the driver has at least 2 years of experience driving passenger cars with a designed tonnage of over 29 seats.

In the process of passenger transport business, if units commit related violations, they will be strictly handled according to the provisions of current law.
