On June 3, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Nam Hung signed an official dispatch on the completion of compensation and site clearance for the project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 14E section passing through Thang Binh commune.
The Chairman of the City People's Committee requested the Standing Committee of the Thang Binh Commune Party Committee to lead and direct the Thang Binh Commune People's Committee to coordinate with the City Land Fund Development Center and relevant units to focus on propaganda and mobilization of households to receive compensation money and hand over land. Units shall review and handle any remaining cases and problems in the project.
For cases that have been mobilized and propagated three times but do not comply, Thang Binh Commune People's Committee shall consolidate dossiers, develop plans and deploy construction protection or coercive land recovery according to regulations to hand over the site for construction before June 10.
The City Land Fund Development Center is responsible for coordinating with Thang Binh Commune People's Committee and related units to focus on completing compensation and site clearance for dossiers within the railway overpass scope, site clearance scope of 15.7m and dossiers outside this scope. The goal is to complete the entire site before June 10.
The Chairman of the City People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to advise the City People's Committee to consider and allocate funds to implement the project of compensation, support, and resettlement for the area outside the ground clearance milestone of 15.7m to implement the project of renovating and upgrading National Highway 14E section Km15+270 - Km89+700, section passing through Thang Binh commune before June 5.
