The project includes an underground tunnel in the direction of Ring Road 3.5 (Hoang Tung Street) - National Highway 32 with a total length of 975m, 18.5m wide.
Four branch bridges are made of pre-stressed reinforced concrete with a total length of more than 2,300m, bridge width of 8.8m, reinforced concrete retaining wall more than 600m long.
In addition, the project also includes lighting and drainage systems on the bridge and both ends of the bridge. The road within the intersection is built with a synchronous drainage system, trees, technical cable trenches...
According to Labor's report on August 17, currently Ring Road 3.5 section from the southern trunk road intersection to Thang Long Avenue, nearly 10km long, has basically completed its items, serving the travel needs of people.
As for the Ring Road 3.5 project, the section of Thang Long Avenue to National Highway 32, which is more than 5km long, with a total investment of nearly 1,800 billion VND, has been implemented since 2017.
According to the plan, the project will be completed in 2021 but until now it has not been able to open the route due to land problems. It is expected that by the first quarter of 2025, the investor will be handed over 100% of the clean site to complete the project.
The intersection of Belt 3.5 project with Thang Long Avenue (the area where the intersection will be built at different levels) still has many factories and warehouses that have not been cleared.
