From today (October 18), the Hanoi Department of Construction has piloted the adjustment of traffic organization in the area of Nguyen Khang Street (from Cot Bridge to 235 Nguyen Khang House), Yen Hoa Ward.
According to the pilot plan, the above road section will be organized for one-way traffic. The pilot period starts from October 18, 2025 to January 18, 2026.
During the pilot period, the Traffic Infrastructure Maintenance Board will monitor and evaluate the traffic situation on the route and area to promptly propose and report to the Department's leaders to adjust the traffic organization plan accordingly.
The Department of Construction requested the People's Committee of Yen Hoa Ward to direct the ward police force to arrange human resources to coordinate with the Department of Transport Inspection (Department of Construction), Traffic Police, Hanoi City Police to regulate, guide, and divert traffic to avoid congestion; inspect and handle violations of traffic safety and order, encroachment on sidewalks and roads for business, and illegal parking on roads around the intersection area.
