    Khanh Hoa - From the clip provided by the people, the traffic police force fined 19 million VND and deducted driving license points for car drivers who ran red lights on National Highway 1.

    On May 16, the leader of Ninh Hoa Traffic Police Station (under the Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police) said that the unit had drawn up a record of administrative violation against Mr. H.T.T.V (34 years old, residing in Dien Khanh District, Khanh Hoa) for not complying with traffic light signals.

    Previously, on April 26, the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police received a video sent by a resident, recording the image of a car with license plate 79A-399.31 driven by Mr. V running a red light on National Highway 1, through Thach Thanh village, Ninh Quang commune, Ninh Hoa town on April 24.

    After verification, Ninh Hoa Traffic Police Station invited Mr. V to work. At the meeting, Mr. V admitted to the violation.

    Up to now, the authorities have issued a decision to fine 19 million VND and deduct 4 points from Mr. V's driver's license.
