According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, tonight (July 6), storm No. 2 has left the East Sea. At 10:00 p.m., the center of Typhoon No. 2 was at about 23.5 degrees north latitude; 120 degrees east longitude, in the coastal area west of Taiwan (China).
The strongest wind near the storm center is level 12 (118 - 133km/h), gusting to level 15. The storm is moving north-northeast at a speed of about 20 - 25km/h.
It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, storm No. 2 will continue to move north-northeast at a speed of about 20 - 25km/h, gradually weakening and no longer likely to return to the East Sea.
On the night of July 6, the northeastern sea area of the North East Sea will still have strong winds of level 6 - 8, waves 3 - 5m high, and rough seas. From July 7, strong winds will gradually decrease.
The meteorological agency said this is the last news about storm No. 2.
