Hanoi Railway Company Limited recommends that, to ensure safety for themselves and the community in the coming days, passengers should not jostle or push away, causing danger. Priority should be given to the elderly, children, pregnant women; people with underlying diseases should limit their participation to avoid unnecessary risks.
