On May 12, Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan - Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to carefully review the steps and procedures to ensure sufficient conditions to start the project to invest in the completion of the CT. 07 expressway section Hanoi - Thai Nguyen - Cho Moi on June 30.
Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan requested to focus on removing all current difficulties and obstacles, preparing other conditions such as construction material mines, and raw material gathering areas for the project.
Previously, the project to invest in the completion of the CT. 07 expressway section Hanoi - Thai Nguyen - Cho Moi in the form of public-private partnership was expected to start construction on May 19, but the process of preparing project implementation documents generated a very large volume of procedures.
Currently, relevant units have only completed 6 procedures, and 8 legal procedures need to be supplemented and completed.
The project to invest in the completion of the CT. 07 expressway section Hanoi - Thai Nguyen - Cho Moi has a total length of about 102 km, with a total investment of about 19,000 billion VND.
The road is designed according to expressway standards with a scale of 4 to 6 complete lanes, design speed reaching from 80-100 km/h.
The project to invest in the completion of the CT. 07 expressway is of particular importance to the socio-economic development of Thai Nguyen province and creates motivation to promote inter-regional development.
