According to information from Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 (Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police), at around 9:30 p.m. on October 15, an accident occurred on Trinh Van Bo Street (Xuan Phuong Ward, Hanoi City) between two motorbikes. At that time, a man driving a large-displacement motorbike at high speed collided with a Honda Wave Alpha motorbike carrying two people.
The strong collision caused two people on the Honda Wave Alpha to be seriously injured, one of whom had a broken leg. The man driving a large-displacement motorbike suffered minor scratches. Both vehicles were severely damaged.
Upon receiving the report, Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 sent officers and soldiers to the scene to direct traffic, ensure traffic and coordinate with functional forces to take the victims to the emergency room.
The cause of the incident is currently being investigated and clarified.
