At around 4am this morning (8.8), passersby discovered a large displacement motorbike lying in the middle lane of Nhat Tan bridge (from the inner city to Dong Anh), next to the body of a man.
As soon as receiving information from the people, the Road Traffic Police Team No. 15 - Hanoi Traffic Police Department quickly arrived at the scene to coordinate with relevant units to direct traffic and examine the scene.
At the scene, the motorbike was deformed, with many pieces of debris scattered all over the road. At more than 8:30 a.m., there was a long traffic jam from Vo Chi Cong Street towards Dong Anh via Nhat Tan Bridge. People consider a suitable travel route.
Currently, the authorities are investigating the cause of the accident.
