Initial information, at around 3:30 p.m. on February 19, at TT20-TT21 road, Van Phu urban area, Phu La ward, Ha Dong district, Hanoi, a traffic accident occurred between a homemade three-wheeled vehicle carrying construction waste and a car with license plate 28A-217.xx.
According to the records, the car was going towards Van Khe Street, Van Phu urban area when it collided with a homemade three-wheeled vehicle at the intersection.
At the scene, the homemade three-wheeled vehicle overturned, dumping all the construction waste onto the road. The car's front end was crushed and the airbag exploded.
